Sharon's Bachelorette Party

Sorry to disappoint but there were no strippers in the house for Sharon's bachelorette party!! :P

I know I'm sort of going backwards here but these are fun times for me. My bachelorette party was a distant past so I thought it best to share Sharon's since it is still pretty fresh in my memory.

Sherry booked a hotel room at the Westin in downtown Seattle on Aug. 16th and that's where we all met up. We've decided to decorate the room and bring in food and drink for dinner instead of dining out. Not only did we saved by buying our food from Costco, it also gave us enough time to do the scavenger hunt that Jovanna prepared. The hotel room was wonderfully decorated *wink wink* (thanks Cecille!) and we end up with enough food and drinks.

I was very hesitant with the scavenger hunt because it was my first scavenger hunt ever. I didn't know what to do. Jovanna did an awesome job putting it together and I had a great time.

Karen was nice enough to drive us around town while Sharon's team used a cab. We did all sort of things. We held up a sign that says ~Accepting donation for our friends wedding~. We found the sculpture made by Jonathan Borofsky (The Hammering Man) located outside the SAM.

We also went to the Sport store by Key Arena to find a Sonic fan wearing a Sonic jersey only to find no Sonic fan around. Luckily the sales person was wearing a Sonic jersey :) and Tracy cheered "Go Oklahoma!" for extra points.

Next stops were Teatro Zinzanni where Tim once performed on the stage...(lol..j/k...Tracy did an acrobatic pose) and Chopstix Dueling Piano Bar. We also went to the waterfront where we fed a seagull with Ivar's french fries (believe it or not, we actually bought a french fries when we could've just asked for a piece...good one!). We found the Lords' prayer written on a rice grain and got a penny pressed souvenir in that same area as well.

We all ended up at Tini Bigs to determine who wins. The winner got free Martinis :) What an experience!
