TGIF

It is so nice to know that I have all this weekend to spend time with my family. I don't think we have any major plans this weekend which means that it's QT with baby T :p

Ok so updates from last night's class...I was quite disappointed I didn't get to decorate the cake in our class, instead we practiced new techniques. We begun with intricate accents such as corneli lace, string work, garland and ruffle borders. Next week we'll finally get introduce to using fondant. I can't wait to finish this course as I am looking forward to completing a towering tiered cake with beautiful flowers and borders made of fondant and royal icing.

Other than cake stuff, today was pretty laid back. No mass emails to respond to and I get to go out to lunch with my co-workers (current and old). We went to Canyon's restaurant and I had their Enchilada, oh and I ate too much of their corn fritters too *grin* it was yummy! I went back to work and then came home.

I prepared dinner tonight (chicken gorgonzola over linguine), played with Tyler and relax. I like to have lots of nights like this...TGIFriday! :)
