I got off work late tonight so I didn't get to do anything to my cake until after I put Tyler to bed. The cake turns out ok after I decorate it. I guess for my first fondant cake, it'll do. I learned that it's essential to work fast otherwise the fondant will dry out. I will not suggest combining two colors when tinting fondant. I ended up getting a hot pink when I added red color to my pink fondant. Overall, I enjoyed this process and I am looking forward to decorating more cake.
